In the Spring of 2000, we officially introduced our Interim Superintendent services to meet the demand of school districts to have a qualified, certified superintendent on staff at all times.

Superintendents may leave service during the school year for a variety of reasons. And when a superintendent leaves at the end of a contract term, oftentimes the school district has not yet hired a replacement. The outgoing superintendent may already be taking a new job elsewhere, and may not be available to stay with the school district until a replacement is found. An assistant superintendent or principal currently on staff may or may not hold superintendent certification. Even if there is someone on staff who is certified to serve as an interim superintendent, it may not be the best time to have an inexperienced person serving as the chief executive officer of your school district.

We have assembled a group of experienced, qualified individuals who have served as superintendents in school districts of all shapes and sizes across the state of Oklahoma. We are available to place a superintendent in your district when you need one and for as long as you need one. Replacing a Superintendent or Principal takes time. During that time quality educational leadership is as important as ever. Whether your district needs an administrative position filled for one month, six months or more, we will provide the qualified, experienced administrator to fit your needs.
