For a school to work its best the Principal must first obtain, and then utilize the proper skills of educational leadership. We focus on the enhancement of leadership and management skills required of the Principalship by emphasizing and developing the Principal as the instructional leader. We support Principal efforts through formal learning sessions, shadowing, instructional rounds, individual coaching and monthly sharing sessions.
Our efforts are focused on developing the Principal as the facilitator and manager of change. We help to enhance and support the efforts of the principal for a student-centered organization, and assist in developing and enhancing the Principal’s public relations and community partnership plan.
Our mentoring program includes confidential individualized evaluation of the principal in the areas of: leadership, communication, human relations, management, facilitating change, budget and resource management, employee relations, technology, observation and evaluation and community alliances. We develop a personalized profile based upon individual attributes, and analyze Principal and school data to develop a personalized professional development plan for the Principal.
