You've hired alternatively certified teachers with strong skills who show real promise to be great teachers.

Help them to fulfill that promise by providing a mentor during that critical first year. Our experienced mentors provide individualized one-on-one, on-site mentorship to instill in these teachers the education knowledge and skills that they need.

Our mentors will work with your alternative certification teachers during their first year providing at least two personal contacts each month. Three of those visits during the course of the year will be on-site, where the teacher works. In addition the teachers will have access to unlimited interaction by phone and email with their mentors and group training sessions that will be set up regionally. With the right training and personal assistance during their critical first year, your teachers with alternative certification will have the opportunity to become their best.
